In our initial meeting, we get to know each other and complete a brief assessment that allows us to understand your child’s needs and identify long- and short-term goals. Depending on the initial assessment results, we may need more thorough information.
Based on the information obtained, a specific action plan will be customized for your child for the remaining eight weeks. This plan of action will require outside homework.
Our subsequent meetings will follow the plan of action stated above. Class material will be created specifically for your child. However, they will be given material as a point of reference for some of the homework assignments they will need to complete.
It is vital they complete each assignment to the best of their ability. These assignments allow them to grow and will enable us to identify further how we can help them strengthen their skills.
Our final meeting will enable both parent and student to measure their public speaking growth and determine how well they have achieved their stated goals.
